Q: How quickly do you process Orders? 

A: All Orders are processed within 24 hours - 1 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Q: How Fast do you ship?

A: All Orders ship out within 24 hours - 2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Q. Do you provide tracking?

A: Yes, once we process your order, you’ll receive a confirmation followed by the tracking number.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please provide correct information to ensure you receive all updates. 

Q: Do you offer different shipping speeds?

A: Yes, slaylikerayboutique™ offers Expedited (2 to 5 business days) and Express Shipping (1 to 3 business days).
Weekends and Holidays are excluded.

Q. Who do you Ship with?

A: We ship with Canada Post at the moment.

Q: Do you offer pickup? 

A: Subject to availability, all pickup orders can be picked up in Mississauga, within 24 hours from the order being placed. Please purchase online and select pickup option at checkout.

allow for a 1 to 2 hour pickup window after payment. 

 

Q. Order not delivered?

A: Has yet to happen with all of our orders reaching the customers. If you have not received your order confirmation within FIVE days, please contact info@slaylikeray.com
