Shipping.

Q: what is your processing time?

Answer

Orders are processed between 1-3 business days and shipped out during the week Monday - Friday.

Orders are not shipped out on weekends, holidays or long weekends.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Q: what is your shipping policy?

Answer

Standard shipping within Canada using Canada

Post is is CAD$15 with regular and CAD$ 25 for

Expedited shipping.

Regular mail will arrive in approximately 3-9 business days after shipping.

Expedited Mail within 1-3 business days after shipping.

slaylikerayboutique™ is not responsible for delays through customs, extra taxes or duties.

 

Q: do you offer tracking for orders placed?

Answer

Standard shipping includes tracking with your package.

You will receive an email notification containing details of your tracking number and a link you can use to monitor the delivery details.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Your order cannot be modified after it has shipped.

Please provide correct information to ensure you receive all updates. 

 

Q: oops! can I change my shipping address?

Answer 

If you contact us asap at info@slaylikeray.com within 24 hours of placing your order, we’ll adjust your address.

You will receive an email notification containing details of your tracking number and a link you can use to monitor the delivery details.

 

Q: do you offer local delivery / pickup?

Answer

Yes.

You can arrange to have your order picked up at an arranged location in Mississauga or at any of our pop up shops.

allow for a 1 to 2 hour pickup window after payment. 

 

Q: when will I receive my pre-order?

Answer

ALL pre-order items will be processed and shipped within the timeframe listed in description of the product.

When you receive notification that the order is shipped, please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Slaylikerayboutique relies on Canada Post to provide the safe arrival of goods and is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

Answer

YES.

slaylikerayboutique™ welcomes customers from all parts of the world.

Select your country of choice, and add all the details at checkout.

Should you have any problems, reach out to info@slaylikeray.com for assistance with your order.

Saylikerayboutique™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).


Q: what if I don't receive my order?

Answer

This has yet to happen with all of our orders reaching the customers. If you have not received your order confirmation or shipping details within

FIVE business days, please contact info@slaylikeray.com

 

Q: what is your return policy?

Answer

Slaylikerayboutique™ is able to happily accept your returns for store credit.

We no not offer refunds.

Items may only be returned to slaylikerayboutique™ if approved via email and with a valid return number.

Customer has 3 days from date of delivery to request a return via email and is responsible for shipping the product back with tracking unused, unworn and in its original packaging.

 

Q: what is your privacy policy?

Answer

Any information you enter on SLAYLIKERAY.COM will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.

Don't worry I'm not tryna sell your information.

 

Q: what if my stuff got here damaged?

Answer
