All orders from Slaylikerayboutique™ ship from Ontario, Canada via trusted carriers. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time. Please review the details below before placing your order.
1) Processing Times
- Standard orders: 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order items: up to 7-10 business days to craft before dispatch.
- During peaks (product drops, holidays, sales), processing may extend by a few days.
2) Rates, Free Shipping & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.
- Free Shipping: Orders of $120+ (CAD) ship free within Canada and the USA on standard services (threshold applies after discounts, before tax and shipping).
- Estimated transit after dispatch: Canada: 3–9 business days · USA: 6–14 business days · International: 10–21 business days.
Carrier timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, postal backlogs, and customs can cause delays beyond our control.
3) Tracking & Confirmation
- When your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number and carrier link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
- Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels; you’ll receive tracking for each.
4) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and correct at checkout.
- If you need an address change, email us immediately at info@slaylikeray.com. We’ll do our best if the order hasn’t been packed or dispatched.
- Parcels marked “Delivered” by the carrier are deemed fulfilled. We are not responsible for theft or misplacement after delivery confirmation.
- If you suspect misdelivery or theft, contact the carrier and then email us within 3 business days so we can assist with a trace.
- Parcels returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete addresses can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
5) Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
- If there’s no tracking movement for 10 business days (Canada) or 14 business days (international), contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.
- Carriers may require 7–10 business days to conclude an investigation. We’ll update you and arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
- For damage, email photos of the item, inner/outer packaging and the shipping label within 48 hours of delivery.
6) Duties, Taxes & International Shipping
Prices are in CAD. International customers (including the USA) are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees or brokerage charges. These amounts are not collected by Slaylikerayboutique™ and are non-refundable. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

7) Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Pre-order items dispatch by the estimated release date shown on the product page. If your cart includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship together when all items are ready unless stated otherwise.
