Terms of Service

This website is operated by Slaylikerayboutique™ (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business registered in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after any changes means you accept those revisions.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services to you.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your province or territory (18 or 19 years, depending on jurisdiction) or have consent from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Product Information & Availability

  • All products and prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate colours, descriptions, and pricing; variations may occur due to monitor settings or stock changes.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders that appear to be for resale, and correct pricing or description errors without prior notice.

3. Ordering, Shipping & Delivery

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt and does not constitute acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order and will refund you if applicable.

  • Delivery risks: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal/courier services, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
  • Duties & taxes: International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country or province.
  • Lost or stolen parcels: If a parcel is marked “delivered” by the carrier, risk passes to you. For parcels lost in transit, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our Return/Refund Policy. Due to hygiene and product-safety standards, certain items (e.g., lashes, jewellery, or select accessories) may be final sale unless defective under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including trademarks, designs, photographs, logos, graphics, and written material—is the intellectual property of Slaylikerayboutique™ or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or exploited without our written consent. Unauthorised use may constitute infringement under the Copyright Act (Canada) and the Trademarks Act (Canada).

6. User Content & Feedback

By submitting reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content (“User Content”) to us—such as via product reviews, email, or social tags—you:

  • grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to use, repost, display, or communicate your User Content solely for Slaylikerayboutique™ marketing, promotional, and website purposes;
  • retain full ownership and copyright in your User Content;
  • may withdraw permission at any time by emailing info@slaylikeray.com, after which we will remove or cease use within a reasonable timeframe; and

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or our brand guidelines.

We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all transactions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, pursuant to the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario). You agree not to commence or participate in any class action against us.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return/Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Slaylikerayboutique™ and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
